Follow strategy/crm_setup.md to create your Google Sheet.
Then enter your Sheet ID and API Key below to go live.
Sheet ID: found in the spreadsheet URL
docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/[SHEET_ID]/edit
API Key: Google Cloud Console
→ APIs & Services → Credentials → Create API Key
→ Restrict to: Sheets API + your domain
